Welcome to Atheer Academy. These are the academy’s terms and conditions. The following service terms apply when you become a client or student with us. Please read these terms carefully.

Class Attendance
Time is the foundation of learning, so students and teachers must adhere to class schedules and avoid delays (except in emergencies).
Dress Code
Students are expected to wear modest and appropriate clothing for Qur’an classes.
Rescheduling and Make-up Classes

If a student is unable to attend a class, a reschedule or cancellation request must be submitted through their account on the platform, as outlined in the Platform User Guide.

Students may reschedule up to 3 classes per month according to their study plan.

Absences without prior notice will not be compensated, except in emergency cases such as illness or bereavement.

For planned leave, students must notify their teacher and the quality team through the official email support@atheeracademy.com.
Teacher Commitment to Attendance

If a teacher is absent or late, the student will be compensated with additional time or an extra class.

If a teacher’s absence or tardiness is repeated, it must be reported to the academy at support@atheeracademy.com.
Monthly Classes / Hours

The number of classes is agreed upon at registration and may be adjusted with prior notice via email support@atheeracademy.com.

Billing is based on the agreed number of classes per month, with additional classes added to the next billing cycle.

Monthly plans may be upgraded or downgraded according to the subscription policy (automatic/manual).
Quality Monitoring
Quality is assessed through class attendance consistency, continuous teacher training, and student feedback.
Reports

After each class, an automatic report will appear in the student’s account on the platform.

Parents can also access the same report through their own account.
Evaluation and Feedback
The Quality Department regularly requests feedback from students and parents.
Your feedback helps us continually improve our services.

Atheer Academy safeguards the privacy of all students and teachers.

All personal data is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

The official email provided by the academy to students and teachers is the only recognized communication channel.

We are committed to protecting your data and using it solely within the scope of the educational process.
π³ Payment Policy

Payments are made in advance to cover 4 weeks (28 days).

Monthly subscriptions may be automatic or manual.

Invoices are sent via email or PayPal.

Missed classes can be either rescheduled or refunded.
π° Refund Policy

Refunds are not permitted after the course begins.

Classes may be paused with prior notice before the start of your new cycle.
π Official Holidays

Eid al-Fitr Holiday (3 days)

Eid al-Adha Holiday (5 days)
These holidays are non-compensable and are considered a gift to the teachers.
π Learning Exclusively Through the Academy
Studying with teachers outside the academy platform is strictly prohibited.
πͺ Leaving the Academy
If a student decides to leave Atheer Academy, they must send notice via email: support@atheeracademy.com at least 2 days in advance, stating the reason.
